Gil is a partner in our Litigation Department. Gil specializes in complex commercial litigation. He represents corporations and individuals in legal proceedings in a variety of judicial instances, arbitration and mediation, in all aspects of commercial, civil and administrative law.
Gil has been involved in numerous commercial disputes in many fields, including contracts, torts, insolvency proceedings, defamation, shareholders disputes, insurance, and more.
In addition, Gil has a vast experience in class actions and derivative claims.
