Hagar Guri is a partner in the Capital Markets and Securities Department. Hagar specializes in all fields of corporate law, with an emphasis on capital markets company law and securities law, M&A, and debt restructuring arrangements. Hagar has handled numerous prospectuses including initial and secondary stock offerings and debt offerings.

Hagar provides ongoing legal counsel to public companies in various legal areas, including regulatory matters relevant to public companies and liaising between the companies and regulatory authorities.
