Yaron is a partner in the firm’s Corporate and M&A Department , and in the Hi-Tech Department.

Yaron’s  practice includes, among others, pharmaceutical research and development, the biotech and medical devices industries, technology transfer and licensing and cyber security. Yaron’s practice also covers capital markets, and the many and diverse aspects of planning and implementing corporate structures, corporate financing, and mergers and acquisitions (M&As).
