Michiel de Wit has a practice in commercial real estate law. He specializes in commercial leasing law, real estate transactions, procedural law and real estate related contract law.

Michiel de Wit advises on and litigates in the real estate area with a focus on lease and commercial property transactions. His clients are international and national investors, including institutional investors, project developers, financers and real-estate consultants.

Michiel is a member of de Vereniging van Huurrecht Advocaten (Leasing Lawyers Association). He is a member of the editorial board of the Dutch journal Huurrecht in Praktijk (Leasing Law in Practice). He publishes regularly.

Michiel has been with Lexence since 2010. Previously he was, among other things, with Unibail-Rodamco. He studied law at Universiteit Maastricht and followed a post-graduate course in tenancy law at the Vereniging van Huurrecht Advocaten (Leasing Lawyers Association). Michiel was admitted to the Dutch Bar in 2002.
