Astrid Vaillant is a member of the Investment Funds practice of AKD’s Luxembourg office.

She advises investment funds, their promoters and other financial institutions in relation to the setting-up and structuring of regulated and unregulated investment vehicles with a variety of strategies. Furthermore, she guides clients in relation to the business of their Luxembourg based management companies on their day-to-day business and handles communication with the Luxembourg financial regulator (CSSF).

Astrid acquired experience in assisting and preparing of a variety of regulatory and legal documentation such as corporate approvals, marketing notifications, incorporation of funds and companies and opinion letters. Prior to joining AKD, she gained experience in a magic circle law firm in Luxembourg and France.
