Torben Nørskov primarily works with business transfers and mergers. He has provided assistance in connection with a very large number of Danish and international transactions and, in that connection, he advised both large Danish and international groups as well as leading private equity funds.

In recent years, Torben has focused sharply on transactions within knowledge- and technology-based industries, including financial businesses and IT and telecommunications businesses, and has advised on several of the most spectacular transactions within these areas.

Moreover, he has extensive experience in handling foreign businesses’ acquisitions of businesses in Denmark.
