Morten Langer is Head of Accura’s Employment Law Team.

Morten is one of Denmark’s most experienced and reputable experts in the private labour market where he has represented businesses for almost 30 years.

Morten is the day-to-day sparring partner for executive officers, HR departments and in-house lawyers, and he has extensive experience in providing advice in particularly complex cases. For more than 20 years, Morten has focused sharply on various anti-competitive agreements in employment relationships and he advises on every employment law aspect of reorganisations, terminations, amendments to employment terms, etc. Morten provides assistance in establishing and adjusting incentive plans, and he helps with every aspect of an employment relationship, from the agreement is made and until it is terminated.

Morten has conducted cases before all types of courts in Denmark and before the Court of Justice of the European Union, and he has conducted a large number of arbitral proceedings. Morten is an experienced and shrewd negotiator with a strong results-oriented approach, and he has negotiated all types of agreements, from severance agreements to complex, collective agreements.

Morten focuses sharply on international employment relationships and, owing to his long experience, he has considerable knowledge of the type of problems that employers typically encounter when employing staff abroad. Morten has an extensive network of colleagues located in other countries and is always prepared to arrange the best possible contact.
