Kåre Stolt is one of the partners heading Accura’s M&A team. He advises Danish and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, including legal due diligence, structuring considerations, acquisition funding, drafting of transaction documents, in addition to negotiating and heading up the effort in large due diligence processes relating to mergers and acquisitions. Moreover, he has vast expertise within general corporate and commercial issues as well as tax law. He serves a broad range of clients, including management teams in connection with management buy-outs, private equity funds as well as industrial and commercial companies. Over the years he has been involved in a number of highly profiled M&A deals in the Danish market, heading the legal team representing either the buyer, seller or bidder during the transaction. Kåre Stolt was one of the founders of Accura in 1999.
