Mads Ilum – Accura
Mads Ilum is one of the partners heading Accura’s M&A-team. He advises Danish and international clients, private equity funds and venture capital sponsors, financial institutions and insurance companies on all aspects of M&A, corporate governance, capital markets, W&I insurance and company law. Moreover, Mads has gained substantial international M&A experience from his employment with Fenwick & West in the USA.
