Tue Ravnholt Frandsen has long-standing experience in large and medium-sized business transactions representing either buyers or sellers, including in structured sales processes and corporate carve-outs, and in private equity investments, minority investments, mergers, and set-up of joint ventures and alternative M&A structures.

Tue has vast experience of advising on multinational transactions, and he has provided advice on several of the largest business transactions in Denmark.

Tue has special expertise in advising on how to prepare companies for sale, plan and complete complex divestments, including sales involving a need for separation from the owners' other operations and the need for "Transitional Services". Recent relevant cases include Saint-Gobain's sale of Optimera, Ferguson Plc's sale of the Stark Group, the sale of Brunata to Minol and Stark Group's sale of SILVAN.

Tue's clients include Danish and international private and listed businesses, state-owned companies and private equity funds. He also has special expertise in advising owners and managements of large private and family-owned businesses in connection with the special circumstances surrounding the sale of and investments in these types of businesses, including how to prepare the business for sale and hedging of risks.

Tue's advice is not only based on his legal expertise but also on his strong tactical and commercial skills and his considerable accounting and negotiation insight which he acquired through studies at London Business School and Harvard Business School.
