René Thornfeldt heads Accura's IT & Outsourcing practice. He has a broad professional background within proprietary projects with special expertise in technology law (IT-, telecommunications- and technology-driven contracts). René typically advises in connection with large outsourcing and system acquisition projects. Moreover, he provides advice to a number of companies on a permanent basis, including multinational groups and organisations concerning their current operations and especially in connection with reorganisations. He is very business-oriented and well-known for his experience as a strategic advisor and an advisor in connection with risk analysis as well as the drafting and negotiation of complex agreements. Finally, René has assisted with the sale and purchase of technology-based businesses for several years. René has special experience in working within regulated businesses, including within the financial and pharma industry. René Thornfeldt is a certified IT attorney and also holds a BSc in International Business.
