Søren has approx. 20 years of experience advising on all subjects within IP and other matters of particular relevance to businesses within life science and other regulated industries.

Søren has solid experience as a patent litigator, having taken part in many of the most significant cases in that area. His field of expertise also extends to drafting and advising on contracts relating to e.g. IP and regulatory matters. Søren’s extensive teaching experience includes a position as an associate professor of intellectual property law with Copenhagen Business School.
