- Represented Boden Municipality in a case against the Swedish Competition Authority in which the Swedish Competition Authority sued Boden Municipality for procurement fines of SEK7m. The administrative court of appeal rejected the Competition Authority’s application.
- Represented state-owned real estate company Akademiska Hus in several court proceedings in the administrative court and the administrative court of appeal.
- Assisted CNA Insurance Company (Europe) SA with several coverage and risk assessments regarding insurance claims for damages according to the Public Procurement provisions.
