Elisabeth Eklund heads the EU, Competition and Public Procurement law team at Delphi as well as the Life Sciences team. Elisabeth is a positive and solution-orientated person and a much appreciated lawyer who is ranked as a leading expert of EU- and Competition, Life Sciences and public procurement by several leading ranking institutes such as Chambers and Partners, Legal 500 och Who’s Who Legal. She was also awarded the Clients’ Choice award in Sweden for Competition. She assists in the full range of competition law work; cartels, co-operations with competitors and information exchanges, vertical restraints and abuse of a dominant position. Furthermore, Elisabeth advises on strategic issues and handle merger filings to the Swedish Competition Authority and the European Commission and coordinate multi-jurisdictional filings. Moreover, Elisabeth has assisted in several dawn raids carried out by the Swedish Competition Authority and by the Commission and the consequent investigations and assisted with leniency applications. Elisabeth also assists with setting-up of compliance programs, holds trainings and with strategic issues. She also acts as counsel in competition law litigations in court and arbitration proceedings regarding abuse of dominance, cartels, illegality and damages and in regulatory proceedings.
