Sverker Bonde has vast and long experience as counsel for Swedish and international clients in domestic and international commercial arbitrations and before Swedish courts. The, often complex, disputes have included for instance disputes related to M&A, contract manufacturing, general contracts disputes, directors and advisors liability, product liability and marketing practices cases (before the Swedish Market Court). Sverker Bonde also sits as arbitrator in domestic and international disputes. Sverker Bonde also advises clients on general commercial contracts.
