Harvard Law School-educated Emil Andersson works primarily with national and international commercial disputes in arbitrations and before the courts. He is an elected board member of the Swedish Bar Association. Emil also has experience as an arbitrator in ad hoc proceedings. He is characterized in Legal 500’s 2017 ranking as “competent, result-oriented and skilled”. In recent years, Emil’s practice has focused on disputes in the context of commercial contracts, including construction; IP and tech; insurance; and extra-contractual damages.
