Prior to joining Inal Law Office as a Counsel in 2018, Cihan has been a key member of the Banking & Finance team of a reputable and first-tier law firm in Istanbul for eight years following his graduation from Koc University, Faculty of Law. During this time, Cihan has advised and represented both international and local clients in secured and unsecured cross border financing transactions, project finance, acquisition finance, and Islamic finance transactions as well as general corporate law matters, with a special emphasis on M&A transactions in regulated sectors. He has taken place on both sides of the table, providing tailor made solutions to international and national banks, Export Credit Agencies, and international finance institutions as well as local borrowers and project developers. He currently advises an array of clients from different sectors on several financing and corporate transactions. Cihan is also an active participant in LMA events, being one of the key speakers in LMA’s 2015 Istanbul Seminar.
