Charlene heads the corporate and commercial legal team within the firm. She has been actively involved for the past ten years in Corporate Law, Property Conveyancing, Employment Relations and General Commercial law.

Charlene, being a warranted notary public, has hands-on experience with property conveyancing, fully understanding the process and thus enabling her to guide clients accordingly. She has assisted several clients purchase high-profile properties over her years of practice. Charlene is also heavily involved with corporate restructuring and planning, as well as the drafting of ad-hoc documentation reflecting the needs of each and every client.

Within her commercial practice Charlene works on contract negotiations, contractual dealings as well as employment-related matters.

Charlene has 10 years of experience in the field, having graduated in 2008 and joined the Firm in 2016.
