Laetitia is a Senior Associate in the Charity and Community team. Laetitia advises charities, philanthropists and not-for-profit organisations on a broad range of issues, including the formation and registration of new charities, governance and constitutional matters, tax, fundraising and the management of charitable assets. In early 2013, Laetitia spent four months in-house with a leading Higher Education Institution, during which her work included advising on the management of trusts and endowment funds. Laetitia is a charity trustee and a member of the Charity Law Association. In May 2015 Laetitia was named as one of Charity Finance’s Top 25 Rising Stars in the charity sector.
Career
Laetitia joined Farrer & Co as a trainee solicitor in 2011 and qualified into the Charity & Community team in 2013. Laetitia was promoted to Senior Associate in May 2021.
