Jörgen is leading the way as head of Setterwalls' Equity Capital Markets division, focusing his practice primarily on transactions in capital markets and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Over the course of his distinguished career Jörgen has consistently provided commercially pivotal legal advice on complex legal matters within his field of expertise, specialising in initial public offerings (IPOs), incentive programs, convertible issuances, bond transactions, public takeover bids, and private M&A transactions.
