Gerhard Manz is located at ADVANT Beiten's Freiburg office and member of the Corporate/M&A practice group. His area of expertise comprises M&A and corporate law, including reorganizations, shareholder disputes and business succession, as well as corporate finance, international commercial law and compliance matters. He provides comprehensive legal advice for both family-owned companies and corporate groups in a national and international context. Gerhard Manz is the author and/or editor of numerous legal publications.

Gerhard Manz studied law and economics at the Freie Universität Berlin, the University of Lausanne as well as the Albert Ludwigs University Freiburg and was admitted to the German Bar in 1979. Prior to joining ADVANT Beiten in 2022, he has been Partner at a leading independent German law firm.
