Career
Sebastian Berg is Partner at ADVANT Beiten's Berlin office and member of the Public Sector practice group and of the Legal Managed Services team. His area of activity comprises advice on German and European energy law, regulation law and renewable energy law. As a member of the Legal Managed Services team, Sebastian Berg assists his clients by using IT supported processes for an efficient management of standard activities and legal challenges that arise on a massive scale. Sebastian Berg is also substantially involved in creating the law firm's own legal tech solutions.
Sebastian Berg studied law at Humboldt University Berlin and was admitted to the German Bar in 2015. He completed his Master of Laws at the European University Viadrina at Frankfurt (Oder) in 2021. Since 2021 he has regularly presented for the seminar series Smart Room Legal Tech (organised in cooperation with the University of Potsdam). Sebastian Berg has been working with ADVANT Beiten since 2015, as a Partner since 2022.
