Career
Dr Mario Weichel is Partner at ADVANT Beiten's Munich office and member of the Corporate/M&A practice group. His area of activity comprises advising clients in M&A transactions, venture capital finance as well as related litigation. He particularly advises his national and international clients on issues in corporate law, in particular relating to limited liability companies and joint-stock companies, as well as on corporate restructurings, general contract law and private international law.
Dr Mario Weichel studied law at the Universities of Passau, Lausanne and Munich and was admitted to the German Bar in 2010. Before studying law he attended courses of business administration (Intermediate Examination "Vordiplom"). Dr Mario Weichel's doctoral thesis was concerned with European and US contract law. He has been working with ADVANT Beiten since 2009 and became a Partner in 2016.
