Lelu Li is Partner at ADVANT Beiten's Berlin and Beijing office and member of the Corporate/M&A practice group and the China Practice. Her area of expertise comprises mergers & acquisitions, corporate law, as well as foreign direct investment reviews. She particularly advises national and international clients on transactions, restructuring, greenfield projects as well as commercial law. Her practice also includes advising Chinese companies and investors on their market entry and business activities in Germany.

Lelu Li studied law at the Tongji University in Shanghai and Heinrich-Heine-University of Dusseldorf, Germany. During her university time and professional training, she worked at law firms in Shanghai and Frankfurt, the German Chamber of Commerce in Beijing. She was admitted to the German Bar in 2017. Before joining ADVANT Beiten in 2018, she worked at a corporate boutique in Frankfurt.
