Dr Georg Tolksdorf provides legal advice in the area of inheritance and foundation law as well as (tax-optimized) succession planning for private individuals and (family-owned) companies. He advises on all aspects of national and international estate planning and wealth succession as well as on tax-efficient structuring of assets and wills. Furthermore, he advises executors and financial service providers with regard to the proper fulfillment of their tasks, e.g. with respect to asset management. One of his main areas of activity is the legal support of foundations and donors, including establishment, administration and accounting.

Dr Georg Tolksdorf studied law at the University of Osnabrück. He was admitted to the German Bar in 2005. Before joining ADVANT Beiten as a partner in 2021, he worked as a lawyer and authorized signatory for more than 15 years in a department for estate and foundation management at a large German bank. He was responsible for the establishment and administration of foundations as well as the execution of wills. He is also a speaker in specialist lawyer courses and at renowned institutes. He holds various positions on the boards of charitable foundations on a voluntary basis.
