Oliver Korte specializes in national and international commercial and distribution law. He has extensive experience in designing contracts governing the sale or purchase of goods (such as framework contracts, distribution contracts, General Terms and Conditions). He has special expertise in matters pertaining to the termination of agency or contract dealers’ agreements, in particular to the right to compensation and to the right to dismissal. He frequently represents his clients before state courts or arbitral tribunals. He is also regularly working as an arbitrator in commercial and sales disputes. Many of his clients are operating in the wholesale and foreign trade, other sectors include food and medical devices.
