Career
Dr Holger Weimann is Partner at ADVANT Beiten’s Munich office and member of the IP/IT/Media practice group. He advises companies of the media and technology sector (broadcasting, internet, print and music publishing, movie and television production, advertising and public relations agencies) on copyright (content, collecting societies), personal rights and law of unfair commercial practices. The main focus of his activity comprises the negotiation of licence agreements, advertising law and litigation (including interim measures) as well as the realisation of and support on transactions.
Dr Holger Weimann joined ADVANT Beiten in 2001 and has been working in the media law field since he was admitted to the bar in 2000. He studied law at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich, where he was also awarded a doctor’s degree.
