Frantz Palludan’s main areas of practice are mergers and acquisitions, finance and commercial law. He provides legal advice to Danish and international clients.
Frantz has advised on a large number of different types of transactions and on a large number of commercial matters as well as complex restructurings.
Frantz is chairman or board member of a wide range of companies and is thus very focused on commercial relationships.
Frantz acts as arbitrator.
Frantz Palludan graduated from the University of Copenhagen in 1978. He was a partner of Lind Cadovius Advokataktieselskab in the 1981-2010 period.
