Stefan Adametz is partner at fwp. He specializes in Litigation, Trade/Retail, Life Science and Health Care (including food and medical law) and Compliance. Stefan Adametz is an expert in all legal aspects of distribution (including contract drafting/T&C, e-commerce, advertising/social media, product approval and labeling, product liability and warranty). His clients are mainly large and small companies from the banking, industry and trade sectors as well as start-ups. He is the author of numerous publications and regularly lectures on business-related topics.

Stefan Adametz studied law and history at the University of Vienna. He also completed his MBA and LL.M. degree at the University of Vienna. Stefan started his career with the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber as stakeholder for various business sectors and started his legal profession in 2012. He joined fwp in 2014 and regularly advises national and international clients in the above-mentioned areas as well as in the fields of banking and capital investment law.
