Career

Juan Pablo has twenty-two years of professional experience in the field of Transfer Pricing and has participated in the development of a large number of projects, both structuring and supporting documentation and valuations of intangible assets.

Before joining KPMG Chile, he developed the Transfer Pricing practice in the Central Mexico Region of Ernst & Young Mexico. He worked as a consultant at Chévez, Ruíz, Zamarrita, S.C.

Juan Pablo has participated as a speaker in various conferences in various Latin American countries.

Juan Pablo is the author of the Chile Chapter of the Book “Resolving Transfer Pricing Disputes” published by Cambridge University Press, and a professor of the subject “Transfer Pricing” in graduate programs at multiple Universities in Chile.

He has carried out work for a large number of clients, such as:, Anglo American, BHP, Antofagasta Minerals, Banco de Chile, Teck, Kinross, Komatsu, Cencosud, Goodyear,, Porsche, Alstom, among many others.​
