Specialises in IT, Internet, data protection and telecommunications laws, and has authored and co-authored several academic publications in this area. Deputy President of the Polish Chamber of Telecommunications and IT (PIIT), legal expert of the Internet Advertising Bureau Poland and the Polish Chamber of Insurance. He has been regularly ranked in numerous Polish and foreign rankings as a top TMT legal expert. In January 2022, he received an award of the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data for his work on data protection education and new technologies.

He is also a member of such organisations as the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), the International Network of Privacy Law Professionals (INPLP), the International Technology Law Association (ITechLaw), and SABI-IOD (SABI Data Protection Officer Association).
