Senior Partner, Attorney-at-Law

Adam is a skilled attorney with a current focus on intellectual property rights alongside a wealth of expertise across multiple areas of commercial law and marketing law. He is quickly able to identify the potential value of his client’s IP, and his skills as a negotiator see him regularly tasked with evaluating and drafting commercial contracts and licensing agreements across research and development, technology transfer and product distribution, among other areas.

A capable litigator, his legal knowledge forms an integral part of his ability to secure his client’s IP rights. Working in close collaboration, he assists with their development and enforcement, as well as representing them before the courts and arbitration tribunals. Operating across all industrial and service sectors, his clients range from SMEs with a single right to global corporations with comprehensive portfolios, and he is particularly skilled in the areas of software, information technology, pharmaceuticals, vehicles and consumer products, among others.

Adam holds an LL.M. from Lund University (1998) and an LL.M. from London University (1999). He joined Zacco in 2004, building on expertise gained during his time as an attorney with a Swedish law firm and as a member of the Swedish Bar Association.

Adam is a Swedish Authorised Patent Attorney and has previously been a member of the Board of Directors of the Licensing Executive Society Scandinavia. He is also the author of several publications and has participated as a speaker in various events and seminars on intellectual property.
