Katalin is an outstanding representative of the legal community with 40 years of experience. Her practice areas include advice and contract drafting in technology transfer matters, contentious patent, trade mark, industrial design and copyright-related matters, representation before the Court of Justice of the European Union, arbitration in domain disputes, mediation and advice on consumer protection and antitrust matters.

Katalin is a board member of the most relevant national and international IP organizations, she frequently contributes articles to the press about the latest legal and economic changes in Hungary and she is a well-known market commentator too.

Katalin is also the member of the Permanent Arbitration Court attached to the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry since February 1, 2018. Last year, Katalin was elected to the president of the Committee for Hungarikum Trademark. Katalin provides IP lessons for postgraduate students at the Pázmány Péter University and the Academy of Budapest Bar Association.

She also contributes to the work of Forum, an American organization that provides arbitration and mediation services to businesses, based in Minneapolis and WIPO in domain disputes.
