Robin has 20 years’ experience as a finance lawyer and specialises in leveraged finance, real estate finance and workouts and restructuring.
He is recognised by Legal 500 as “commercial and well liked” by his clients and peers.
Robin has acted on a range of stressed and distressed transactions for lenders, borrowers and shareholders across a number of sectors, including the financial institutions, real estate, retail and oil and gas sectors.
