Career

I trained and qualified at Fieldfisher, quickly rising to Partner. Alongside my law degree, I also have a Master’s in biomedical sciences.

I work exclusively for claimants in high-value, catastrophic personal injury and fatal accident cases. I focus on fully understanding a person’s injuries, the impact on their lives and their long-term prognosis to be able to quickly access funds to provide financial support and rehabilitation.

I carry a caseload of complex cases, including brain injury and serious orthopaedic injuries, including amputees. A keen competitive cyclist myself, I can offer advice and run cycling claims with passion and expertise. I regularly campaign to make London’s roads safer and work with clients where appropriate to raise awareness in the press.

I recently achieved a multi-million pound settlement for a cyclist seriously injured following collision with an HGV, despite the insurers initially denying liability in full. I also recently settled a claim on behalf of the family of one of the victims of the devastating Croydon tram crash.

I am skilled at tackling CICA work and have recently and expeditiously obtained maximum award for a victim of an assault. I have several ongoing live claims with CICA and recently commented in an article in the Telegraph calling for an overhaul in practices and funding.

I attract work based on my reputation and have taken over several key cases from other Category 1 law firms, garnering huge trust and respect from my clients.

I also work with empathy and I’m not afraid to put up a fight when needed. I put all my skill and energy into ensuring my clients receive what they are due. I believe my tenacious attitude makes me stand out in my field.

I regularly organise successful conferences to inform practitioners and the public. In March 2016, my ‘A Beautiful Mind’ conference, focused on helping people to better understand psychological sequelae, treatment and legal implications. In 2018, I ran ‘A Face in the Crowd’ conference on maxillofacial trauma. Previous conferences have considered Pain and Osseointegration.
