Tien Nguyen is an Associate in Fieldfisher’s Berlin office and advises on Intellectual Property, in particular on Trade Mark, Design and Copyright Law as well as on Competition Law issues.
In addition to strategic advice, the particular focus of her work is on litigation in complex disputes before the German and European courts.
She provides comprehensive advice on the introduction of new products and advertising campaigns, their protection against attacks and infringements by third parties and on strategic issues relating to the development, expansion and management of trade mark portfolios. This includes, in particular, registration, opposition and invalidity proceedings before the German and European Trade Mark Office, the WIPO, the Federal Patent Court and the European Courts.
She is listed in the Handelsblatt in cooperation with Best Lawyers 2024 as “Best Lawyers: Ones To Watch” in the field of Intellectual Property Law.

Before joining Fieldfisher, she worked in IP at a medium-sized German commercial law firm.
Before starting her career, she worked for many years in the trade mark and competition law team of a renowned Berlin law firm.
