Susan has particular expertise in resolving complex site assembly and planning issues, joint ventures and forward sales.

Currently she is advising on a new settlement of circa 300 homes on a former airfield; advising the developer of the world renowned Cambridge Bio Medical Campus; advising an international paint and chemical manufacturer in connection with the enhancing packing and disposal of a portfolio of redundant sites to maximise value and minimise liabilities.

Susan is a member of the British Nordic Lawyers association and an active member of the Swedish Chambers of Commerce.
