Simon Sloane leads the International Arbitration Group within DR. He is an arbitration specialist who has more than 25 years' international arbitration experience across the globe including Europe, the USA, MEA, Australasia and Asia.

Currently, he has responsibility for a number of significant billion-dollar arbitrations in the SCC and ICSID relating to investor-state treaty disputes under the Energy Charter Treaty and the Netherlands BIT with Ukraine, as well as four significant LCIA private international arbitrations.
