Elena's areas of expertise include Wills and inheritance tax planning, general tax planning and wealth preservation. She also advises on Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), Court of Protection matters and trust creation and administration.

Elena has acted for several high profile and celebrity clients in assisting them with their tax planning and have significant experience in the drafting of Wills and advising on and administering estates in relation to complex cross-border issues and claims.

Elena has advised on the taxation of profits from the creation and sale of digital artwork in the form of Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) and the taxation of cryptocurrency royalty payments received when NFT digital artwork subsequently changes hands.

Elena is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and have attended STEP conferences around the world.
