Maureen Pitzen is a Counsel in Fieldfisher´s Hamburg office and advises on all aspects of Real Estate Law, with a particular focus on property transactions and financing.

Her practice focuses on advising private and institutional as well as national and international investors on domestic and also cross-border Real Estate transactions and complex property and project financing.

She regularly supports our clients in the development and financing of larger portfolios of residential and commercial property as well as in their management through to sale.

She also has extensive experience in the hotel and leisure, care, retail, office and logistics sectors and advises on all aspects of commercial tenancy law and ongoing asset management.

She places particular emphasis on providing solution-orientated and straightforward advice, taking into account the individual financial needs of our clients.

She advises our clients in German and English. She also speaks Thai fluently.

Before joining Fieldfisher and during her studies at the University of Hamburg and the Humboldt University of Berlin, she worked for a nationwide property company in the major cities of Berlin and Hamburg for several years.

She has been with Fieldfisher since 2016.
