Roya Bayatloo, LL.M. (London) is a Counsel in Fieldfisher´s Frankfurt am Main office and advises national and international companies, credit institutions, insurance companies and other financial services institutions comprehensively in the field of Banking and Capital Markets Law as well as Corporate Law.

In the area of Banking and Capital Markets Law, her particular focus is on providing advice in connection with derivatives and structured financing. In the area of Corporate Law, she counsels in particular ESG-compliant real estate funds on M&A transactions.

Prior to joining Fieldfisher, she worked for two law firms specializing in Banking and Litigation Law, an international law firm and a Scottish life insurance company.

She was admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 2012 and as a Barrister in 2015.

She advises our clients in German, English and Farsi.

She studied at the University of Heidelberg and completed a Master's degree (LL.M.) in "International Financial Law" at King's College in London in 2013.
