Simone Kien is a Senior Associate in Fieldfisher´s Dusseldorf office and advises in particular on Corporate, Stock Corporation and Capital Market Law as well as Risk Advisory and Compliance.

Her main areas of practice include providing ongoing legal advice to domestic and foreign companies as well as boards of directors, management boards, supervisory boards and advisory boards and providing legal support for national and cross-border transactions in the areas of Stock Corporation, Capital Markets and Corporate Law.

She also advises listed and unlisted companies on Compliance, Risk Advisory and Corporate restructuring.

Before joining Fieldfisher, she worked as a lawyer in an international business law firm and an accounting firm, among others.

She advises our clients in German and English.

She completed her law studies at the University of Trier with a focus on Corporate Law and the subsequent legal traineeship with stations in Dusseldorf and New Zealand.
