Tassilo Schmid is a Counsel in Fieldfisher's Munich office and advises clients mainly in the areas of Corporate Law, Private Equity/Venture Capital and Litigation.

He has a special focus on advising domestic and international investors or founders of start-up enterprises in various stages of their development. Besides that, he also offers legal advice to companies and entrepreneurs in a variety of commercial matters, including contentious matters.

Since 2015, he has worked as a lawyer in Munich.

Before joining Fieldfisher, he gained valuable experience in the field of Corporate Law and Private Equity/Venture Capital with a Munich boutique law firm specialised in these areas. Before that, he was allowed to obtain practical in-depth experience of insolvency law and the conduct of complex litigation.

He advises our clients in German and English.

He is interested in classical music, theatre, fine arts as well as history. He also enjoys sailing or cooking with or for good friends.
