Marie Marcks is an Associate in Fieldfisher´s Hamburg office and advises on Corporate Law, Capital Markets Law and general Contract Law.

Her main focus is on advising national and international clients on corporate acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate housekeeping. She also specialises in advising on Stock Corporation Law. In particular, she supports public limited companies in the conduct, preparation and follow-up of general meetings and provide ongoing legal advice to their executive bodies.

She advises our clients in German and English.

After studying law at the University of Hamburg with a focus on Commercial and Corporate Law, she completed her legal clerkship in the district court of Lübeck, including a station at the Scientific Services of the German Bundestag in Berlin.

She was admitted to the bar in June 2022.

In addition to her legal traineeship, she has successfully completed training as a mediator and has been a lecturer for a mediation training institute since 2022.
