Dr Jean Pascal Slotwinski-Michel, LL.M. (Edinburgh) is a Senior Associate in Fieldfisher's Dusseldorf office and advises on all  aspects of German and European Antitrust Law.

His experience includes a wide range of German, European and international merger control proceedings, antitrust transaction support, antitrust fine and antitrust damages proceedings, drafting leniency applications, advising on the establishment of online platforms and advising companies on compliance issues as well as vertical distribution issues.

Before joining Fieldfisher, he was an Associate at a corporate and antitrust boutique in Dusseldorf for three years.

He advises our clients in German and English.

He gained his first experience of Antitrust Law during his studies at the University of Osnabrück, which he furthered with an LL.M. at the University of Edinburgh and several years of research work while completing his doctorate.

During his legal traineeship, he had the opportunity to gain further experience abroad in Mumbai (German Federal Foreign Office) and Tel Aviv/Jerusalem.
