Judica TrieglaffI is an Associate in Fieldfisher's Hamburg office, specializing in Contract Law with a focus on distribution of products and services as well as product compliance.
She advises companies on the efficient and sustainable design of their international distribution structures and supply chains. This not only contains the arrangement of the contractual relationships but also includes all issues regarding product compliance.
A key focus of her practice is on the strategic structuring of Distribution Systems and the legal organisation of operational business. She specializes in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating distribution, cooperation, supply, and service agreements, as well as general terms and conditions. This often involves advising on how to optimize market entry in Germany and Europe from a legal perspective. Additionally, she counsels companies across various industries on e-commerce and consumer sales matters.
In the intersecting fields of ESG & Supply Chain Compliance, her guidance on sustainable international supply chain design encompasses not only the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act but also relevant European regulations on sustainable supply cycles. She also regularly advises companies on the legal design of innovative and sustainable business models.
