Dispute Resolution

Enno von Helldorff is an Associate in Fieldfisher's Hamburg and Munich office and specialises in Dispute Resolution.

He advises our clients on all areas of domestic and cross-border commercial and civil disputes (e.g. on the enforcement or defence of payment claims). In doing so, he supports them both in proceedings before the ordinary courts and arbitral tribunals and also in the run-up to court proceedings.

Furthermore, he has experience in interim relief proceedings.

Prior to joining Fieldfisher, he worked for a renowned litigation firm.

He advises our clients in German and English.

Following his Bachelor's degree in Business Psychology, he studied law at Bucerius Law School with a stay abroad at the University of Auckland, New Zealand. He completed his legal traineeship at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court of Bremen, with stations at the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy and various commercial law firms, each with a focus on litigation.
