Faye deals with all types of contentious commercial property issues. Her experience includes business lease renewals and dilapidations, assignment issues, tenant default/arrears and service charge disputes.

Faye has acted for various clients on the operation of contentious break clauses and advised on compliance with conditional and qualified rights to break. She has worked extensively with expert witnesses and have strong experience of evidence preparation and assembly.

Faye has also been involved with real property issues, including covenants, easements and boundaries, rights of way and adverse possession claims.

She has particular expertise of negotiations, having been involved in a substantial mediation earlier this year.
