He is a Senior Associate in Fieldfisher's Dusseldorf office and specialises in advising on Corporate Law and M&A transactions.

He specialises in advising on national and cross-border M&A transactions and joint ventures, particularly in the Technology, Infrastructure and Renewable Energy sectors. Thanks to his many years of experience in these areas, he has in-depth industry knowledge and a broad understanding of the respective business models.

Furthermore he provides comprehensive advice on all questions of general company law.

He completed his studies at Saarland University, specialising in Commercial Law. Then he completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Saarland.
