IP

Laura Krug is an Associate in the Fieldfisher's Berlin office and advises in the field of intellectual property.

She advises in particular in the areas of trade mark, design and copyright law and competition law. A particular focus of her work is the extrajudicial and judicial enforcement and defence of IP rights, both in proceedings for interim legal protection and in proceedings on the merits. She also advises on product launches and advertising campaigns.

Another focus of her work is strategic advice and support for brand portfolios.

Before joining Fieldfisher, she worked as an IP lawyer in a medium-sized German law firm.

She advises our clients in German and English.

She is involved in the field of learning support for children with learning difficulties.

She studied in Berlin and Copenhagen. As part of her training and legal traineeship, she worked in several international IP law firms.
